What different kinds of transfers’ services does Seasons Tours provide?

Seasons Tours provides private and non-stop transportation from Cancun airport to the Excellence Group Resorts in Mexico and vice versa.

Our English speaking team of representatives and drivers are waiting for you upon arrival.

We offer different options:

SUV DELUXE PRIVATE Transfers ( Chevrolet Suburban, Ford Explorer or similar) up to 5 passengers plus luggage

PRIVATE TRANSFER (Volkswagen Transporter or similar) from 6 to 8 passenger plus luggage.


We also offer private transportation for bigger groups or special events.

Our services are exclusive for Excellence Playa Mujeres, Excellence Riviera Cancun, The Beloved Hotel Playa Mujeres and Finest Playa Mujeres guests.

How can I book a transfer?

There are two options to book your airport transfer with us:

• Filling in the “Transfers form” available on this website.

• Sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your name, name of the Resort, number of passengers, your arrival and departure dates with airline and flights numbers.


You can also book it from your Excellence Group Resort website when making your room reservation.

How can I pay for my transfer?

As the exclusive in-house tours and transfers agency at the Excellence Group, down payments are not required. The total amount of the service will be charged to your room at check in time.

Tips to our staff are not included.

Transfer bookings for groups might require down payments.

If you book the transfer from the Resort’s website, payment procedure will be detailed.

How to proceed when I arrive at the Cancun Airport?

Worried about where and how to find us at the Cancun airport? A detailed passengers’ instructions guide will be sent to you along with our transfer confirmation email.

Our staff will be holding a sign containing the Resort’s name and Seasons Tours logo, which will make it easier for you to find him. The "meet and greet" is a great way to be welcomed. Once you meet our staff, they will call your driver who will pull up from the parking lot (Cancun Airport regulations).

Please do not forget to bring the confirmation email with you.

What happens if my flight is delayed? Will there be anyone waiting for me at the airport?

Our airport representatives continuously monitor all the flight arrivals. They will be aware if your flight is delayed. We will be waiting for you whether you arrive sooner or later than scheduled.

What to do if I need to cancel my transfer?

Airport transfers can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your pick up at the Cancun Airport to avoid being charged for the service.

• Excellence Playa Mujeres: 17 miles (28 km), around 40 minutes

• The Beloved Hotel Playa Mujeres: 16.9 miles (27.9 km), around 40 minutes

• Excellence Riviera Cancun: 13 miles (22 km) around 25 minutes

Do you provide baby seats? Is there any extra cost?

We offer baby seats free of charge. Our child seats are the baby-style models, rated from 5.5 lbs up to 40 lbs.

NOTE: due to traffic jams or changes in schedules, the vehicle provided with a child seat (s) might get tied up, therefore we cannot guarantee 100% of this extra service. If however this is a must for you, we recommend bringing your own from home.
